Analytical balances are highly accurate balances used for chemical analysis and precise measurement of substances. According to the measurement range and minimum graduation value, it is divided into constant balance, semi-micro balance, micro balance and ultra-micro balance.

How to maintain electronic analytical balance:

1. Put the balance on a stable workbench to prevent vibration, gas and sunlight. Adjust the electronic level bubble to the middle position before use.

2. Preheat in advance according to the instructions for use. When weighing easily volatile and corrosive items, put them in sealed containers to prevent corrosion and damage to the electronic balance.

3. Calibrate the balance frequently or perform external calibration on time to ensure that it is in the best condition.

4. Do not overload during operation to prevent damage to the electronic analytical balance. If it is not used for a long time, it should be stored temporarily.

5. Balance weights generally have relatively high accuracy and have many environmental and operating regulations, so balance weights cannot be placed on the side table under the air conditioner.

6. The electronic analytical balance that has been moved must be recalibrated and its measurement performance must be comprehensively checked before use.

7. When weighing hygroscopic, volatile or corrosive items, use the weighing bottle and cap them tightly, and then weigh as quickly as possible. Pay special attention not to spill the weighed items (especially corrosive items) on the weighing pan or bottom plate.

8. Analytical balances should be calibrated on time according to the regulations of the measurement department. Desiccant should be placed in the balance, commonly used color-changing silica gel, and should be replaced on time.
