PCR Laboratory
The PCR laboratory is mainly located in the laboratory and pathology department. It can be amplified and analyzed in vitro. To diagnose the prevalence of infectious diseases, cancer, AIDS, hepatitis A, hepatitis B, tuberculosis, syphilis, rubella and other patients. It is usually used for early diagnosis of diseases and various treatment stages. Through the DNA gene tracking system, can quickly grasp the virus content in the patient's body, and its accuracy is as high as nanometers.
1. Reagent preparation area
Function: It is mainly used for the preparation of storage reagents, the packaging of reagents and the preparation of the main reaction mixture. The reagents and materials used for specimen preparation should be transported directly to this area, and should not pass through other areas. Reagent raw materials need to be stored in this area, and the required storage reagents are prepared in this area.
Reagent preparation room: configuration of experimental reagents.
Reagent configuration steps: Weigh solid medicines with a balance or pipette to take liquid reagents (mix), add ultrapure water to dissolve, can configure electrophoretic solution, sodium acetophenate solution, reagent configuration, can be operated in an ultra-clean workbench.
